Sometimes one can get frustrated while learning something new, and this is a reminder to stay curious and enjoy the process. In my case, I've been learning motion design, and getting out of my comfortable place of static illustrations requires a lot of effort, because I have to think about each part of the image in a different way than I used to.

But one also has to relax. For me, staying playful means experimenting and trying new things, sometimes for no other purpose than to have fun.
